Yaoi Thoughts.....
Been getting back into BL and yaoi again lately. There is an astounding amount at the library, and I make sure to keep it in rotation. I also read a ton of webcomics but haven't really been talking about it. My BFF has been preoccupied lately, so I've had no one to nerd out with. I like writing little snippets of fanfic based on our convos when we fujoshi out, but have never shared them with anyone outside of them. I may put a few of them up here. I've been browing a few other sites, seeing some fujoshi webrings, and finding a ton more to read and VNs to play! Always looking for more.
However, my main interest remains fandom shipping. I've bounced around a few fandoms, but listed ships from my current faves down below. There really is an appeal to making BL on my terms but with the familiar characters I love that feels very freeing. I think I've probably written hundreds of thousands of words of slash fiction in the last five years alone. I don't often upload any of my writing, I just share with my in-circle of friends when I have them. I do have an ao3 though, and want to post more there. I mostly do one shots, but have a ton of unfinished long works as well.

Cherry Blossoms After Winter: 18+ I love that this one goes beyond slow burn into keeping a relationship going for the long hall. Very human, with two really lovely leads. |

The Other World's Books Depend On The Bean Counter: 18+ Library find. The story had some neat world building stuff and then "gotta do it or else" logic, which was fun for me. I liked the emotional slow burn, and understood what Koudou was feeling. |
